Maserati is excited to present the MC20 Notte, the first limited edition of the super sports car MC20, born to run on the track and developed to perform on the road. The MC20 Notte Edition celebrates the bold spirit that has always propelled the Trident forward, from the day Maserati first entered one of the most legendary races ever held.
Marking Trident's return to its supercar roots and combining sporting spirit and luxury, the MC20 now comes closer to its racing soul with the Notte Edition, an exclusive 50-unit worldwide edition whose design is triggered by the mystical and intense power of darkness. A noisy creature designed to seduce and aesthetically enhance the already exceptional performance of the V6 Nettuno engine it powers.
Drawing inspiration from the fascinating world of racing, the Maserati Fuoriserie team worked with Andrea Bertolini, Maserati reference driver and former GT1 world champion with Trident, to develop the MC20 Notte bodywork. Its exterior is transformed from a glossy black hue to a magnetic matte "nero essenza" shade ready to glow in the dark thanks to track predator Bertolini's "Midas touch" that transforms the details - the Trident, the side logos and the Maserati signature - from silver to matte white gold, rekindling the brand's glorious memories of motorsport.
Glued to the tarmac, the matte black 20-inch birdcage wheels feature matte white gold accents, while the brake calipers are black. Inside, the MC20 Notte features 6-way power sport seats in black/gray Alcantara with yellow stitching. The unmistakable trim is located on the headrests and the Alcantara sports steering wheel has carbon fiber inserts. An exclusive metal plate celebrating the MC20 Notte Edition along with the distinctive signature "UNA DI 50" (one of 50) is placed between the two headrests.
"Fuoriserie means 'custom-built' in Italian, and our Trident customisation programme is designed to create unique scroll sculptures for our customers. The MC20 Notte celebrates the excitement of racing and the allure of the night, combining top performance and Italian elegance with a touch of night-world mystique. It is the first limited edition Fuoriserie of the MC20 and is dedicated to super sports car collectors and track enthusiasts," said Klaus Busse, Maserati's Head of Design.
To celebrate the launch of the Maserati MC20 Notte Edition, global brand ambassador and MC20 enthusiast David Beckham and Andrea Bertolini star in a thrilling short film where Beckham's dazzling MC20 is transformed into a new racing creature that blazes through the night in the city and on the track.
Following a sneak preview exclusively for Maserati Tridente members, the MC20 Notte is now available worldwide and future owners will be invited to experience the thrill of a Maserati track driving experience to get the feel of the new exclusive Tridente model.
