Engines - E-Tense Technology
Since the creation of the DS Automobiles 2014, electrification has been a firm priority for the brand, as demonstrated by its participation in the Formula E championship from the 2015-2016 season. All the expertise gained from DS Automobiles' participation in Formula-E has been used to create the Nέου DS 3 E–TENSE.
The New DS 3 E–TENSE is the first Stellantis Group model to carry a new powerful battery, with a capacity of 54kWh (usable capacity 50.8kWh), The new battery can recharge from 0 to 80% in 25 minutes on a 100 kW DC fast charger, while on a three-phase wallbox 11 kW AC it can be fully charged in about 5 hours.
