Great success was achieved by the 8th Delphi Economic Forum VIII (Delphi Economic Forum VIII) which took place from 26 to 29 April. The opening of the conference was declared by the President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, under whose auspices the international conference is held.

The Economic Forum featured influential contributions from 990 speakers from 71 countries, major international political and business personalities, economists, academics and thinkers. The electric vehicles Volvo Recharge, with increased electrical autonomy and a low energy footprint, expressed the central theme of this year's event in a timely manner, "Paradigm Shifts", which focused on new models for interpreting and addressing the complex issues facing the modern world. The main topics discussed were geopolitics, climate change, the global economy, technology, development and emerging societal challenges.

For Volvo, the range Recharge symbolizes the transition to a new "paradigm", a sustainable model of transport. As he pointed out. the President and CEO of Volvo Car Hellas, Nikos Giannousas, the car industry will experience major changes in a very short time. Mr Giannousas participated in the debate on the role of electromobility in transport, in the context of the climate module. Expressing the mindset with which Volvo perceives its role in the new landscape, he said: At Volvo we do not formulate our vision based on the business plan, but the opposite.
