Hyundai Motor has handed over the keys to the vehicles that will be used to transport officials and VIPs to France during UEFA EURO 2016™. The vehicles were unveiled at an official vehicle handover ceremony held at St. Denis in Paris as part of Hyundai Motor's agreement to provide the official vehicles for the smooth running of UEFA EURO 2016™ from 10 June to 10 July 2016.

As an official partner of the international football event expected to be watched by millions of fans around the world, Hyundai Motor will help transport match officials, UEFA staff, referees, media, security officers and VIP guests throughout UEFA EURO 2016™. Among the 361 Hyundai vehicles planned for this year's tournament, the official fleet includes the flagship Hyundai Genesis as well as the Santa Fe, Tucson and i20. Hyundai Motor will also be responsible for the logo of the buses that will transport the players of the 12 national teams between the stages.

The official handover ceremony of the UEFA EURO 2016™ vehicles at the St Denis national stadium in Paris took place in the presence of Hyundai Motor Europe President Mr Hyung Cheong Kim, Hyundai Motor France President Mr Kyoo Bok Lee, UEFA Events S.A. Marketing Director Mr Guy-Laurent Epstein, former EURO champion Mr Ruud Gullit from the Netherlands and other distinguished guests.

Hyundai Motor has been an official partner of the UEFA European Football Championship for 16 years. As an official partner of the UEFA European Football Championship, Hyundai Motor has played a key role in providing official vehicles for the transportation of national football teams, players, referees and visitors, as well as organising various events and promotions in support of the event. In the years 2014-2016, Hyundai Motor provided a total of 428 vehicles for the UEFA European Football Championship. 

With this year's motto "Real Fans First", Hyundai Motor will take another step closer to its customers. Hyundai Motor has launched a marketing campaign that shows its dedication to EURO 2016 but also enhances the experience of real football fans. Hyundai Motor launched the innovative "Digital Fan Park", an interactive online space created to help football fans intensify their enjoyment of EURO 2016.

During the first campaign period from 15 April to 8 May, the "Digital Fan Park" has attracted a total of 37,000 participants in the Real Fans License and Real Fans Chauffeur campaigns. As part of the Real Fans License, Hyundai Motor offered 480 tickets for fans who participated in the campaign for the races. The second part of the Real Fans Match-up campaign will run from June 1 to July 10 and the prize awarded to the lucky winner of the draw will be a Hyundai i20. The online video clip entitled "Euro 2016 in coming" has already exceeded 33 million views on YouTube. A new video clip entitled "The Wait" will air between 1 June and 10 July. The video depicts the preparation of a little girl and a "eternal" fan who are about to attend a football match, their journey in a Hyundai vehicle and the match starting right upon their arrival.

In addition, the UEFA EURO 2016 betting odds game has started from 1 June. Fans can submit their prediction of the tournament results and win prizes. The first place prize will be a tablet, a smart watch and a Hyundai Premium set consisting of an official replica of the UEFA EURO 2016 ball, a toy mascot, a cap and a backpack.
