With an excellent commercial track record in Europe and already present in markets such as Japan, Israel and Brazil, the new FIAT 500 puts into practice the Italian brand's vision of a sustainable, yet affordable mobility solution for today's cities. In this context, in partnership with Stellantis Group mobility provider Free2move, the all-electric FIAT 500 will be available through a car sharing service in Paris. Thanks to the SHARE NOW technology available on the model and the Free2move app, users will be able to quickly and easily choose one of the 305 new FIAT 500s that will be available through this service in the "City of Light". At the same time, the use of the FIAT 500 via Free2move also allows the car to be charged via Belib', the French capital's public electric vehicle charging network with more than 2,300 charging points. The duration of use of an electric 500 through the service ranges from one to twenty-eight days.
FIAT's new partnership fully supports the brand's philosophy, "It's only green when it's green for all", which loosely translates into FIAT's intention to offer smart and environmentally friendly mobility solutions, but affordable for all. This philosophy is in the DNA of the new FIAT 500, which in 2022 was the Stellantis Group's most popular all-electric model in Europe as a whole, but also in individual markets within it, including Greece.
Being the only model in its class available in three body styles (Hatchback, Convertible and 3+1), the electric 500 offers excellent range (320km in mixed conditions and 460km in urban environments), fast charging in just 30 minutes on a suitable DC charger, while the model enjoys the full benefits of the government's "Moving Electric B" subsidy programme. All versions of the new FIAT 500 are covered by a 5-year factory warranty up to 200,000km (8-year up to 160,000km for the battery).
