The sky is not, nor has it ever been the limit for the Porsche. The German brand that builds dreams on four wheels is not even satisfied with the success of the Cayenne, launching a new range of special edition versions for its most successful, perhaps, today, model. And the name of this is the Cayenne Platinum. The... Platinum Cayennes are available to order immediately with the first deliveries starting in May.
The new Porsche Cayenne Platinum, special versions of the SUV model, have unique design features, painted and finished in satin Platinum and with additional comprehensive equipment offered as standard. The result is a unique style and equipment version of the Cayenne offered at an attractive price. The Platinum Editions of the Cayenne (250 kW or 340 PS), Cayenne E-Hybrid (340 kW or 462 PS) and Cayenne S, (324 kW or 440 PS) are also available in Coupé versions.
What's different about the Platinum versions
The exclusivity of the Platinum versions is based on the special design and appearance of many individual body components, all of which are painted and finished in satin Platinum. The air intakes at the front of the body, the lettering of the Porsche logo with longitudinal LED lighting at the rear and the standard 21-inch wheels with RS Spyder wheels (exclusively available on Platinum versions) are also elements painted in the same shade.
The black exhaust tips and thin black side window frames further emphasise the sporty, elegant appearance of this special edition. The combined available colours are in white or black with metallic details in Jet Black, Carrara White, Mahogany Blue as well as in the special Crayon colour.
The special and unique style continues in the interior of the car, dominated by finished aluminium and silver colour, with the seat belts in Crayon shades and the "sills" with the Platinum Edition logo in brushed aluminium.
The Cayenne Platinum Edition is available with additional equipment that is offered here as standard. This includes LED headlamps with integrated Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), panoramic roof, tinted glass, Bose® surround sound system, peripheral lighting, leather sport seats with 8 available settings, front and rear headrests with engraved Porsche logo, and finally an analogue clock on top of the dashboard.
The Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur department also offers a wide range of options for both the interior and bodywork, and can of course carry out full customization of the Cayenne according to the owner's requirements. The Platinum versions of the Cayenne are already available to order, with deliveries starting (in Germany) in May 2022.
