Porsche 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 Touring Package: Double Premiere for the Evolution of Ultimate Sports Driving

Porsche celebrates the 25th anniversary of the 911 GT3 with the launch of two new versions: the 911 GT3 and the 911 GT3 Touring Package. These versions combine ultimate track performance with everyday usability, offering a unique experience for sports car enthusiasts.

Top performance with flat-six atmospheric engine

Both versions of the new 911 GT3 are equipped with the classic 4.0-litre six-cylinder boxer engine, atmospheric, that delivers 510 hp (375 kW) and torque 450 Nm. The 911 GT3 accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds with the PDK automatic gearbox and reaches a top speed of up to 311 km/h. The more direct driving feel is due to the improved suspension with double wishbones on the front axle, inspired by the GT3 RS.

Aerodynamic & Design Excellence

The 911 GT3 features a sharp design language with improved aerodynamic solutions, such as the new front diffuser and the redesigned rear spoiler side plates. The 911 GT3 with Touring Package, unlike the base model, has no fixed rear spoiler, maintaining the sleek lines of the 911, while the extendable rear spoiler provides the necessary aerodynamic balance.

Premiere of Weissach and Leichtbau Packages

The new version Weissach Package offers for the first time in the 911 GT3 a lighter construction with elements of CFRP (carbon fibre), such as the anti-roll bar, and optionally lightweight wheels. The Lightweight Package is available for the 911 GT3 with Touring Package, offering similar lightweight options.

Touring Package: emphasis on elegance and flexibility

For the first time, the 911 GT3 with Touring Package comes from the first day of its release, appealing to those seeking a balance between performance and elegance. Thanks to the possibility of adding rear seats, everyday usability is increased, while the luxurious interior with leather elements reinforces the philosophy of the classic sports car.

Lightweight Construction Details & Innovative Technology

Porsche is focusing on weight reduction, using new aluminium wheels that reduce weight by 1.5 kg, while the new battery 40 Ah lithium-ion saves 4 kg. In its lightest configuration, the 911 GT3 weighs just 1,420 kg. The revised timing of the gearbox offers 8% shorter final drive ratio, improving responsiveness and acceleration feel.

Personalised Driving and Track Equipment

Customers can choose between 7-speed PDK or in the classic 6-speed manual transmission for a more direct driving experience. For track enthusiasts, the Clubsport Package is available at no extra cost, offering a steel safety cage, six-point harness and fire extinguisher.

Upgraded Interior with Sports Details

The interior of the 911 GT3 features a digital instrument panel that focuses on the data needed for track driving, with a choice of "Track Screen" which simplifies the display of information such as tyre temperature and gear change time. The driver can choose the optional roll cage for even greater protection when driving on the track.

New Porsche Design GT3 Chronograph Watch

For the lucky owners of the new 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 with Touring Package, Porsche Design presents the GT3 Chronograph, a watch that captures the design and performance of the vehicle on the wrist. Made of ultra-light titanium, with a movement COSC and elements inspired by the car's cockpit, the watch is as unique as the car it accompanies.
