PEUGEOT : Record sales in Greece & France for 2020

 


  Peugeot has won the
second place in passenger vehicle sales in 2020 in the Greek market with
7,926 registrations and a market share of 9.8%,
an increase of 14,0% compared to the
the same period in 2019, according to the official data of the Association
Motor Vehicle Importers' Dealers' Association (ACEA). 

 

  Peugeot's penetration is increasing
steadily in recent years in the Greek market and confirms on the one hand the

  • Peugeot first in the
    corporate sales with a share of 13,2%
  • Peugeot first in the
    retail sales of pure electricals with a share of 22.4% (2nd in total
    pure electric sales ranking with a share of 20,9%)

    in pure electric sales with a share of 17,3%
  • First place for 2008
    in the B SUV category with a share of 11.0%
  • First place for Rifter in the
    MPV-M COMBI class with a share of 15,3%

 

  In France in 2020, in a
passenger car market down by 25,5 % PEUGEOT gained 18,3 % market share
increasing its share by 1.2 units compared to the same period of the previous year
during 2019.
The brand's retail and corporate sales share stood at 15.4% and
26% respectively. 

 

  A huge success for PEUGEOT
208 as it is the top-selling model in France with a share of 5.6% on
of the total passenger car market. In addition, the PEUGEOT 2008 is the leader of the
B-SUV category with a 4% share of the total market.
