With beautiful faces, laughter and happy voices, the depot of OASTH in Phoenix was "flooded". A total of 75 toddlers, who attend the Mantoulidis schools, accompanied by teachers, visited the depot of the Agency, where all the safety conditions required for the visit of minors were met.
The children, wearing work vests offered by OASTH, were shown around the depot, a hard working area with oil, grease, many spare parts and all kinds of components. They were impressed to see the Agency's experienced craftsmen repairing buses and asked interesting questions.
They were informed by OASTH employees about the usefulness of buses as a means of public transport, but also about the good that their use does to the environment.
They also learned about the new electric buses that the Agency has been operating since last May and their benefits for the urban transport of Thessaloniki. They got on buses, sat in the driver's seat, learned about the operation of the traffic lights and how to cross a street.
The employees of OASTH particularly enjoyed the visit of the little ones to the depot and felt particularly pleased to hear some infants declare that when they grow up they want to work for the Organization.
