Alfa Romeo

At the Brussels International Motor Show (13-22 January), the Alfa Romeo, is making a dynamic entry into 2023, presenting the new Giulia and Stelvio to the public for the first time, as well as the Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4, the first plug-in hybrid model in the brand's history. The show is a milestone for the brand, as for the first time the entire updated Alfa Romeo range will be presented, which in addition to Italian style and driving pleasure is also characterised by high technology and - for the first time - the option of a model with all-electric drive.

Alongside the new range, Alfa Romeo has prepared a special surprise for visitors to the show. The 1967 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale prototype, based at the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese, will grace the Italian brand's stand, making it by far the most unique and valuable exhibit at this year's event. Recognised as one of the most beautiful cars of all time, it is a source of inspiration for the designers of the Centro Stile Alfa Romeo and a source of dreams for all motoring enthusiasts.

New Giulia and Stelvio: Timeless charm

The new Giulia and Stelvio carry the latest evolution of the brand's design language, as originally expressed through the Tonale and the impressive full-led "3+3" light clusters. With references to legendary models such as the SZ and Brera, Alfa Romeo's new signature light perfectly expresses the brand's sporty yet technologically advanced character. At the same time, inside the two models, the instrument panel has become fully digital, while retaining its harmonious design and offering the option of digital display of the brand's classic "round" gauges with indicators. To the technological arsenal of both models has been added the possibility of over-the-air updates (Over the air Updates)m, as well as the option of activating a digital NFT certificate, a technology launched in the automotive world for the first time by Alfa Romeo Tonale. The new Giulia and Stelvio range is equipped with Turbo petrol and diesel engines, with power outputs ranging from 160 to 280 hp.

Tonal Plugin Hybrid Q4: The first Alfa Romeo with all-electric drive capability

The Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4 is a milestone in Alfa Romeo's "from zero to zero" journey, which will make the brand a global automotive pioneer in the transition from no electrified offerings (early 2022) to an all-electric range in 2027.

Making it the most efficient Alfa Romeo in the brand's history, the Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4 has average CO2 just 26 g/km, the ability to drive purely electrically for more than 80 km, and a total range of more than 600 km.At the same time, its plug-in hybrid system has a total output of 280 hp and the ability to transmit the drive to all four wheels via the Q4 system. Like the rest of the Tonale range, the Plug-in Hybrid Q4 is equipped with the most direct steering in the C-SUV class, brake-by-wire and Dynamic Torque Vectoring systems, and optionally with the electronically controlled "Alfa Active Suspension" suspension.
