Apart from being a popular sporting event, the Street Relays stand out for their very social character, with runners supporting charitable institutions through their participation.
The Street Relays have won over the public thanks to their philosophy, which promotes the idea of cooperation, teamwork and friendship, allowing all runners, regardless of age and fitness, to participate in this celebration of sport. An equally important feature of this special event supported by Renault is the support of social organisations with local or wider activities. Starting with the first race of the year, the Street Relays supported the KEFIAP of Kalamata, while in the race recently completed in Glyfada, more than 1,700 runners ran for Make-A-Wish-Greece.
In the upcoming race that will take place in Kavala on Sunday 24 April, the runners will run for the "Agia Marina - Care for the special child" foundation. Renault stands by the Street Relays and gives those who wish to do so the opportunity to run with their friends by participating with the "Renault Passion for Running" teams. All that is needed to join these teams is to send your details (name and t-shirt size) to renaultinfo@renault.gr by the evening of Thursday 21 April at the latest.
