With 2 prototypes in the... battles Nissan

With two stunning prototypes on both sides of the Atlantic, on two exciting tracks, Nissan is present on the famous Long Beach circuit in California and on the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France.

With its Sebring victory still fresh, the Nissan race car with the ESM team headed to Long Beach to compete in round three of the IMSA WeatherTech Sport Car Championship. On this particular Long Beach circuit, mistakes are not "forgiven" as it is a narrow 3.17-kilometre-long road, flanked by concrete walls.

At the Circuit Paul Ricard in France, the teams of the European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup competitions are facing a variety of challenges with their Nissan-powered LMP3 prototypes. Unlike Long Beach, the Paul Ricard circuit is more than just an asphalt race, as it is renowned for its tight, sharp corners.

The ESM team aims to repeat its success at Sebring, where it took victory with Johannes van Overbeek, Pipo Derani and Nico Lapierre.

On the other side of the Atlantic, a total of 42 Nissan-powered LMP3 cars provide exciting action on the Circuit Paul Ricard, including 20 for European Le Mans and 22 for the Michelin Le Mans Cup.
