The Management of the Syngelidis Group announced the launch of a strategic partnership with the Institute of Continuous Automotive Education "IDEEA", in the field of training, aiming to offer multiple benefits for the Network's garages and technicians, as well as for independent garages. This is a dynamic partnership that integrates the leading educational process with excellence in the provision of repair services in the automotive sector in Greece.
The agreement concerns cooperation in the following sectors model training (Syngelidis Group) and system training (IEEE Institute), utilizing the state-of-the-art Training Center of the Syngelidis Group and the expertise of the IEEE Institute for the provision of high quality educational programs.
The main objectives of the cooperation are:
- The provision of specialized training and the extension of the professional license of the Network's technicians in the field of "High Voltage Technician CAT 1 & 2".
- The implementation of specialised training actions on products of the Syngelidis Group, aiming at enhancing their reliability, informing technicians about new functions, and enhancing safety during operations and use.
To achieve these objectives, cooperation will include:
- Theoretical training according to the Ministry of Transport curriculum, leading to the certification of the technicians.
- Training in the new technologies of the Group's clean vehicles, repair and maintenance procedures, safety of operations and knowledge of current legislation.
- Use of modern supervisory tools and implementation of adult education procedures.
- Practical training at the state-of-the-art Training Centre of the Syngelidis Group.
- Selection of advanced diagnostic tools and measurements, in accordance with the legislation, for the training and upgrading of the license of technicians in the field of health technology.
- Practical training in clean cars of the leading brands represented by the Syngelidis Group in the Greek market.
