Tavares admission: I've seen the future Lancia, they're great

Όσα αποκάλυψε ο ισχυρός άνδρας του ομίλου Stellantis

After Ypsilon, the Lancia has a long way to go, consisting of five more cars, including new models and high-performance versions. Next year will see the arrival of the Ypsilon HF, front-wheel drive with a 240 hp engine, but 2026 and 2028 will see the launch of two cars that brand fans are eagerly awaiting: the flagship Gamma and the C-Class Delta.

Both will have a sporty HF Integrale derivative, which will be launched a year after their debut, will be based on the Stellantis Group's Stla Medium platform and produced in Italy. For both models, the Lancia Style Centre has already completed the design and there's someone who has already seen them in person: the Carlos Tavares. The CEO of the Stellantis Group spoke about these two cars during the Italian Formula E weekend at Misano. And he didn't hold back his enthusiasm.

Stunning

"As you know, we are now relaunching the Lancia brand, starting with the new Ypsilon that you've already seen," Tavares told us. "But there's more in the pipeline. I was in Turin this week to validate the next planned models. And I can share one thing: they're gorgeous. The styling of the brand's new cars will evolve from that of the Ypsilon, taking several details from the Pu+Ra HPE concept unveiled last year: in addition to the distinctive LED headlights with horizontal signature light, the Lancias of the future are expected to incorporate the coffee table developed in collaboration with the Cassina brand. We'll have to wait a long time to see them, but if what Tavares says is true, it will be worth it.
