The successor to the Challenge Stradale, the 430 Scuderia (Scuderia meaning "stable of horses") was unveiled by Michael Schumacher at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Michael Schumacher spent a lot of time developing the 430 Scuderia making it enjoyable on the track. All the ingredients for success are here, as it is 100kg lighter than the standard 430, it is super powerful delivering 510 horsepower and with an incredible power to weight ratio of 2.5kg per horsepower! The improvement doesn't stop there but is overall, as it has better aerodynamics for greater stability at higher speeds, strong braking with quick response from the ceramic disc brakes and especially the manettino mounted steering wheel that allows the driver to adjust the car's set-up according to the driver's requirements.
The Ferrari 430 Scuderia accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, with a top speed of 325 km/h.
This Ferrari has something of the aura of seven-time world champion Schumacher...
