Why you should take your children to Syntagma at the weekend

The Weekend, η Constitution Square, it turns into a... rally track on Lilliputian drivers. The children will be trained in road safety under the auspices of Municipality of Athens, of Traffic, of Iof the Stathakis Foundation and the Institute for Research in Childhood Education, which organises all creative side activities. The event is organised by. Image Communication, Cultural Organisation, Sports and Youth of the Municipality of Athens, as well as the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Citizen Protection.

A rendezvous at Syntagma, for thousands of children and parents at the a two-day event on Road Safety, the movement of children on the roads, with many familiarisation and practical actions.

An original event in a festival of joy, participation and training.

Στο πλευρό των διοργανωτών στη μεγάλη αυτή κοινωνική γιορτή και προσφορά,  του Οργανισμού Πολιτισμού Άθλησης Νεολαίας του Δήμου Αθηναίων και της image communication θα βρίσκεται και συμμετέχει η Τροχαία Αττικής  ώστε να κατανοήσουν τα παιδιά τις συνθήκες ασφάλειας στους δρόμους αλλά και ότι οι τροχονόμοι είναι φίλοι τους και προστάτες της ζωής τους.

The Athens Baby Rally Concerns children up to 10 years old και  θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Πλατεία Συντάγματος στην οποία υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση για όλους τους κατοίκους της Αττικής.

This is a unique event that will aim to bring children through the four or two wheels closer to the Highway Code, which children should learn as a game.

In the area of the event will be set up two tracks where children will drive with electric cars or bicycles. 

On one track, city conditions will be created with intersections, circular routes in squares, pedestrian priority, etc. where children will learn traffic and safety rules through play and on the other, for older children, there will be "speed race".

At specific points there will be a number ofdiomorphic pit, refuelling stations for drivers.

image communication in collaboration with the Youth Sports and Culture Organization of the Municipality of Athens, organize the 1st Athens Baby Rally, with the ambition to become a permanent institution. The TopSpeed.gr supports and will continue to supports this institution.
 

The parallel events

In cooperation with the Institute of Research and Studies for Child Education (I.E.A.P.), there will be a painting competition on road safety and performances of Karagiozis on road traffic rules, so that children through play come closer to reality. There will also be a range of other activities for children and parents.

The children who will participate will be given prizes and many souvenirs.
