The availability of the New DS 3 launched in the Greek market! The newest model of the DS Automobiles, faithful to the innovative and subversive style of the brand, made his first official appearance at the most prominent couture institution, Paris Fashion Week, receiving rave reviews from the public and journalists.

Construction and quality of materials

The New DS 3 is based on the latest generation CMP platform in order to provides optimum safety, driving pleasure and comfort. At the same time, this "multi-energy" platform can accept a fully electric drive system, without any loss of performance or compromise in cabin or luggage space..

 

 

The New DS 3 maintains its bold design identity, while adopting clean lines that accentuate his outer appearance and further highlight his refined silhouette that evokes a sculpture.

The front part of the New DS 3 follows the new design identity of the DS Automobiles. The subtle LED headlamps, part of the standard equipment, and the daytime running lights, which consist of two vertical LED strips, are highlighted by the new DS signature grille and redesigned DS Wings. But alongside the aesthetic excellence in the design of the New DS 3, the emphasis was on optimising aerodynamics. In the lower part of the grille, the air intakes are flanked by two airfoils, which significantly improve the aerodynamic coefficient of the vehicle.

Engines - E-Tense Technology

Since the creation of the DS Automobiles 2014, electrification has been a firm priority for the brand, as demonstrated by its participation in the Formula E championship from the 2015-2016 season. All the expertise gained from DS Automobiles' participation in Formula-E has been used to create the Nέου DS 3 E-TENSE.

The New DS 3 E-TENSE is the first Stellantis Group model to carry a new powerful battery, with a capacity of 54kWh (usable capacity 50.8kWh), The new battery can recharge from 0 to 80% in 25 minutes on a 100 kW DC fast charger, while on a three-phase wallbox 11 kW AC it can be fully charged in about 5 hours.

In addition, the positioning of the new compact battery between the front and rear seats, under the central tunnel and the special construction of the rear axle allow the New DS 3 E-Tense retain all the advantages of internal combustion engine vehicles (comfortable space for rear passengers, large luggage compartment, driving position identical to that of internal combustion engines, etc.).

At the same time, the new HSM (Hybrid Synchronous Motor) electric motor, manufactured in Trémery, France, offers 115 kW (156 hp) of power and 260 Nm of torque, readily available to the driver and ensuring the ultimate in driving pleasure with zero emissions.
