Top five Jeep Compass in crash tests

With more than seventy built-in safety systems and a high-strength steel cage, the new Jeep Compass prides itself on seamlessly protecting its passengers and allowing them to continue exploring wherever they choose.

This is now confirmed by the Independent European Safety Agency EuroNCAP, which has awarded the Jeep Compass the highest distinction of 5 Stars, highlighting the technological advances that the all-new model incorporates in driver and passenger protection.

The new Jeep Compass achieved positive scores in all test categories - adult, child, pedestrian and passive and active safety systems - with the distinction being even more significant as it was achieved under the new criteria that have been in place since 2017 and are the most stringent in the organisation's history.

A major contribution to the all-new Jeep Compass winning 5 Stars, in addition to the more than 70 passive and active safety systems, was the model's safety cage, which is made of high-strength steel in excess of 65%, ensuring high levels of passive safety and impressive rigidity for off- and on-road escapades for its drivers.

The all-new and 5 Star Premium Compact SUV Jeep Compass is already on showrooms of the official network of Lancia-Jeep Hellas, and is offered in FWD and 4X4 versions, with petrol and diesel engines from 1,400 cc up to 170 hp and 9-speed automatic or manual transmissions.
